Your right to withdraw
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without giving any reason and without penalty (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
What we can accept
Items that are unopened, still sealed and in their original packaging.
What we cannot accept
For strict hygiene and health protection reasons (Article L.221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- any pouch, blister pack or sleeve of gel nail strips that has been opened or unsealed;
- any product that has been applied, even partially, or where a single strip has been used;
- custom-made or personalised items;
- gift cards.
This exclusion does not apply to faulty or non-conforming products — see below.
How to request a return
- Email leybusiness92@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the item is still sealed.
- We reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of notifying us.
No return can be accepted without prior agreement.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is at your expense, except where the product is faulty, does not match its description, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover all costs and provide a prepaid label. We recommend using a tracked service: the parcel travels at your risk until we receive it.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first), using the same payment method you used at checkout unless agreed otherwise.
The refund covers the price of the product plus the €3.90 delivery charge you originally paid. The refund may be reduced if the product has lost value through handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at leybusiness92@gmail.com with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, in line with Article L.217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, you benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery, with no need to prove the defect during the first 24 months;
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect, allowing cancellation of the sale or a price reduction.
These guarantees do not cover damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions supplied (insufficient curing time, peeling the strips off, exposure to solvents, and similar).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges: please return an eligible item and place a new order.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract, for sealed and unopened items.
