Shipping Policy

Shipping rate

Flat rate of €3.90 on every order, worldwide — France, the rest of the European Union, the United States and all other destinations.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery then takes 5 to 8 working days.

Delivery times are indicative. In all cases, and in accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order is placed. If we fail to meet that deadline, you may cancel the order after giving us formal notice, and you will be refunded within 14 days.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Incorrect address

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you provide. A parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect can be re-sent at your expense.

Uncollected parcels

A parcel not collected within the carrier’s holding period is automatically returned to us. In that case, we refund the order less the outbound and return shipping costs.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, tell us within 14 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the outcome.

Customs and import duties (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Risk of loss

Risk passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to you.
